Paintings to the music of Frederic Chopin "The Pianist"
|
|
|
15 paintings created to the music of Frederic Chopin (1810 – 1849). This work was displayed in the Royal Exchange Theatre alongside the production of "The Pianist" in June of 2009. The 15 paintings use only three basic colours : Red, Black and White. These represent both the flags of Poland and Nazi Germany, piano keys, soil, snow and blood.
Works may still be available for purchase and prices are indicated on each painting. Please refer to the contacts section of the website if you wish to express an interest in any of the works.
